Data and purposes
To create and manage your account, we use your email address, login identifier and chosen username. This information enables us to provide your personal account area.
Your photo, date of birth, sex and interests are optional. You can choose to add them to your profile, edit them or remove them without losing access to outings.
Account operation is based on providing the service you request. Optional information is used with your consent. Protecting the site and preventing abuse are based on our legitimate interest in securing the service.
Access to data
Data is accessible to authorised HTP WEB personnel and the technical providers needed to host and operate the service. OVH provides hosting; HTP WEB administers the Keycloak login service and backups.
Your account information is not sold. Your password is handled by the secure login service and is not sent to the Idées application.
Retention and deletion
Your profile is kept while your account remains open. Closing it removes its information and interests from the active database. Deleting your login identity is a separate second step available from your account.
Technical records of account closure and session revocation remain stored to prevent a closed account or revoked session from being reused.
Technical logs support diagnostics and security; backups allow recovery after a failure. Copies may remain after a profile is closed. Contact us with questions about retention or deletion of your data.
Exercise your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to its use. You can withdraw consent for optional information by removing it from your profile.
