Expérando Hike: Grendelbruch

This 15-kilometer loop hike with 370 meters of elevation gain takes you through varied landscapes including Grendelbruch, the medieval Guirbaden castle, the Fischhütte fishing hut, and the summit of Purpurkopf.

The route, estimated to take about five hours, alternates between forest trails and open sections offering beautiful views of the Vosges.
