Biweekly Market

Every week on Tuesday and Friday mornings, the Halle aux Houblons and its surroundings host a lively market from 7:30 AM to 12 PM. You will find a wide range of consumer products: fresh fruits and vegetables, haberdashery items, clothing, and various food products. These biweekly markets shape local life throughout the year, offering a convenient opportunity to shop outdoors.

However, some Fridays are exceptionally relocated for specific events. For example, the Friday market on March 27, 2026, will be held near the City Hall for the "Dive into Industry" fair. Similarly, on Fridays May 22 and 26, 2026, the market will be moved for the "Made in Alsace" fair. Finally, from Tuesday July 28 to Friday September 4, 2026 inclusive, it will take place as part of the Hop Festival.

During the Christmas market period, from early November to early January, the usual space is limited. The market then sets up on the forecourts of the Halle aux Houblons, at the Fossé des Tanneurs, and the parking lot of the Salle des Corporations, due to the installation, running, and dismantling of festive activities along the Cours de la Décapole.

An exceptional rescheduling is also to be noted: the market originally planned for Friday April 3, 2026, is moved to Saturday April 4, 2026 due to Good Friday.
