Noëlies: Nativity Trail

At the heart of this site where East and West meet in perfect harmony, the central feature is a grotto symbolizing the birth of Jesus. Nearby, along the path leading to the Dusenbach pilgrimage, two stations of the Way of the Cross are installed. You will also find a church, some typical Alsatian houses nestled among fir trees, and a mill with a water wheel. Below, the view stretches over the Alsace plain, evoking the sites of Trois-Épis, Thierenbach, and Neunkirch.

On the other side, an Ottoman citadel rises, surrounded by palm trees. Even more impressive, a replica of the Petra site in Jordan, carved from the desert's pink rock, completes this unusual panorama.
