Felsbourg invites you to discover its pop-up restaurant and enjoy a carefully prepared menu. Start with an amuse-bouche, followed by a generous garnished sauerkraut including smoked sausage,

• knack, smoked bacon, and salted neck. To finish on a sweet note, a Black Forest ice cream cup will be served. This meal, offered at €18.50 excluding drinks, is available by reservation only and subject to availability. Payment is accepted exclusively in cash or by bank card. Guests are expected to arrive between 12 PM and 1 PM.
