Micro-Folie: National Collection 1

The National Collection 1 of the Digital Museum offers an immersion into the masterpieces and treasures of seven of France's most prestigious cultural institutions. This showcase highlights the country's heritage excellence by presenting an ambitious and varied panorama of artistic creation, history, and scientific knowledge that make up our shared heritage.

This collection brings together major works from the Centre Pompidou, the Château de Versailles, the Cité de la Musique – Philharmonie de Paris, the Louvre Museum, the National Picasso Museum – Paris, the RMN – Grand Palais, and Universcience. It spans centuries and disciplines, ranging from masterpieces of modern and contemporary art to treasures of history and royal architecture, including music and technological innovations. Each piece thus reveals a facet of French cultural identity.

Located in the heart of the digital gallery on the second floor of the castle, this collection invites visitors to explore at their own pace the daily selection in a space entirely dedicated to discovery and contemplation.
