Mandrichi Ceremony

Every year, a commemorative ceremony is held in memory of sailor Antoine Mandrichi, who died in 1944 at a place called Tannmuhle.

This solemn event notably includes the installation of a marker on the route of the 2nd Armored Division, marking his passage and sacrifice.

The ceremony concludes with the official dedication of the square to the memorial plaque honoring his memory, thus preserving the remembrance of this soldier.
