Celebration of the Fir Tree Mention

At 3:21 PM, on the forecourt of the Maison du Pain d’Alsace, a tree-shaped brioche will be blown out in the presence of the Confrérie du Sapin and Professor Sappinus. This festive event will mark two important anniversaries: the 20th anniversary of the Confrérie du Sapin and the 25th anniversary of the Maison du Pain d’Alsace. After the ceremony, everyone is invited to gather at Dr Kubler Square to share this delicious and friendly moment around the brioche fir tree.
