Well-being Fair

This fair brings together numerous professionals related to maternity and early childhood, offering a space for exchange and information for expectant and new parents.

Whether they have questions about birth before, during, or after, they will find resources tailored to their needs. Among the participants are sophrologists, psychologists, prenatal singing and sign language specialists, birth companions, doulas, as well as organizations like the Manala birth center, the Ried media library, and professionals in massage, cloth diapers, and dietetics.

Several workshops are held throughout the day, covering various topics such as sleep, sophrology, postpartum toolkit, massage, and baby yoga. A conference specifically dedicated to fathers is also planned, followed by a discussion time to encourage conversations and experience sharing.
