Winegrower's Interlude: Chocolates and Grand Crus

Photo: Office de Tourisme de la Vallée de Kaysersberg - Jonathan Florence

Immerse yourself in a refined tasting experience where Alsace Grand Cru wines or those from exceptional terroirs meet the artisanal chocolate creations of Vincent Strackar. Led by Nathalie, winemaker at Domaine Freyburger in Ammerschwihr, this tasting invites you to discover bold harmonies between complex aromas and subtle notes.

In the warm setting of the family cellar, after a cellar tour, you will taste five carefully selected wines paired with eight exceptional chocolates. Be surprised by unexpected pairings, such as a rosé Crémant with hazelnut praline or a Riesling Grand Cru with chocolate from Grenada. Each sip and bite reveals a sensory journey where power and finesse blend elegantly.

A unique opportunity to acquaint your palate with unusual combinations in the Kaysersberg valley. Reservation required 48 hours in advance.
