Producers' Market

Explore the usual stalls brimming with tasty and varied local products: charcuterie, wines and beers, honey, poultry, rabbits, eggs, cow dairy products, organic CBD, snails, fresh fish (white tuna from Vendée, white trout from the Vosges, AOP Saint-Michel bouchot mussels), pasta, bread, flour, ground beef, jams, mushrooms (chanterelles and hedgehog mushrooms), organic apples, pears and juices, duck, foie gras, potatoes, sweet potatoes, and various organic vegetables.

This year, three new stalls enrich the selection: RACINES DE VIE, run by Camille, offers aromatic and medicinal plants grown in Blodelsheim. LAVERIE DE LAINE CAROLAINE, managed by Caroline, features wools and pillows made in Lautenbach Zell. Finally, AROMARHIN, led by Anne, presents soaps and related products from Rumersheim le Haut.
