New Year's Eve at Les Castors Campsite

Celebrate New Year's Eve in a festive atmosphere with live music and dancing provided by the Atout Cœur Orchestra. The meal begins with assorted appetizers, followed by a seafood and scallop bite served with Camargue rice.

Next is a unique 'trou normand'—a green apple ice cream drizzled with Dioller beer. The main course features a stuffed capon leg with morels, accompanied by a Riesling and morel sauce, winter vegetables on a bed of butternut and sweet potato purée, and wild garlic spaetzle. To finish this feast, a Grand Marnier frozen soufflé is served on a crepe with orange, cinnamon, and Armagnac prunes, alongside a raspberry mousse.
