Concert - What the Belly Says

What the Belly Says is a stage creation where poet and slam artist Lisette Lombé and rapper Marc Nammour join their voices to directly address the relationships between women and men, issues of identity, racism, and cultural mixing. Their writing, both raw and sensitive, reveals and evokes the injustices, tensions, but also the hopes surrounding these themes. The performance, both physical and organic, defies gloom by transforming speech into an act of resistance, care, and joy.

This show, designed as an immersive experience, leaves a lasting impression on the audience, who come away deeply moved. It is scheduled as part of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, in collaboration with the Departmental Council for Access to Law and the City of Colmar. After the performance, a debate is held with magistrates and professionals to continue the reflection and discuss the issues raised.
