Gourmet Market Cook Show

For the holiday season, Colmar is innovating with a sixth Christmas market entirely dedicated to gourmet delights. This festive village celebrates the palate with several stalls run by chefs and master restaurateurs. On the menu: fresh oysters, Alsatian specialties, and many other tasty dishes, served on plates to enjoy on-site or take away, with friends or family. The warm and friendly atmosphere invites culinary discovery, blending tradition and creativity. To spice up the aperitifs, culinary shows hosted by renowned chefs will take place at the heart of the market on selected dates. Finally, on Thursday, December 3rd, the gourmet market will host the oyster shucking contest from 2 PM to 6 PM, a unique opportunity to taste exceptional oysters.
