Saint-Étienne Night Orienteering Race

If you are spending Christmas in Alsace, don't miss the chance to discover Colmar under its most beautiful lights by participating in the 29th edition of the Saint-Étienne Night Orienteering Race. Organized by the Colmar Orienteering Club (COC), this fun and accessible event invites you to explore the historic city center through a course with 25 checkpoints to find within one hour of running.

This race, open to children and adults alike, including people with reduced mobility, takes place in a festive and safe environment. A detailed map will be given to you at the reception of the Municipal Sports Office, where you can also collect the necessary equipment for the course.

Bring a flashlight to illuminate your map during the race, but be careful: high-luminosity headlamps that could dazzle other participants are prohibited. To participate, a deposit of 40 euros (by check or cash) as well as an ID or your car keys will be required for borrowing the electronic finger devices. Also, plan some time to park and arrive before the activity starts.

Please note that registration is reserved exclusively for licensed athletes.
