Alsatian Theatre of Guebwiller: Sacred Auguste

Twenty-five years after their separation, Solange, a successful publisher with a comfortable lifestyle, sees her ex-husband Jean-Pierre, now nearly homeless, show up at her office door.

He begs her to find him a job.

Solange agrees to help, but on one condition: he must take the name Auguste and remain incognito.

Treated like a mere servant, Auguste gradually discovers the workings of the publishing house.

Despite the humiliations, he manages to sneak behind the scenes and add his personal touch.
