24th Festival of Mixed Gardens - The Gardens of Ulysses

From June 7 to November 1, 2026, the Parc de Wesserling hosts the 24th edition of the Festival des Jardins Métissés, one of the flagship garden events in Alsace. This year, visitors are invited on an immersive journey through "The Gardens of Ulysses," an original creation inspired by Homer's Odyssey.

Six spectacular stages transform the park into an artistic and sensory trail, where each ephemeral garden brings to life the great adventures of the Greek hero: hiding inside the Trojan Horse, sailing from island to island guided by Aeolus's wind, listening to the enchanting song of the Sirens, or facing the Cyclops in an experience that is both playful and poetic.

Accessible to all, this exploration is designed for families and friends seeking shared discoveries.

The entrance ticket includes several activities: guided animated tours, theatrical stages of the Grand Living Ecomuseum Circuit, a barefoot path and a sensory trail, as well as a photographic treasure hunt themed around the sea and its mysteries. Surprises and events also punctuate the season to delight young and old alike.

The festival takes place at Parc de Wesserling – Textile Ecomuseum, accessible by train via Husseren-Wesserling station.
