The menu, tasty and varied, changes depending on the day. On Fridays and Saturdays, the starter features a delight of apples and foie gras, enhanced by a Gewurztraminer jelly. The main course highlights a tender turkey 'sot-l’y-laisse' draped in a creamy forest sauce, accompanied by seasonal vegetables and spaetzle. The dessert, a frozen cabaret, adds a final touch of freshness and indulgence, perfectly in harmony with the show.

On Sundays, the choice is a gourmet coffee or tea to gently close the evening.
