As the holiday season approaches, the Brasserie du Pays Welche invites you to participate in a workshop specially dedicated to Christmas Beer. During a guided tour, you will discover the different stages of craft beer production, as well as the unique brewing process of this festive edition.

The sensory workshop will allow you to explore the spices used in its composition and practice recognizing their aromas during the tasting that follows. This experience will conclude with a guided tasting of a selection of the brewery's beers, accompanied by local cheeses carefully chosen for their pairing with the aromatic profiles of the different beers: munster, barkass, and other regional specialties.
