Workshop: Terrarium for Woodlice

What if you started breeding a small colony of woodlice? The Vivarium du Moulin offers a fun and educational workshop to explore the world of these little-known creatures. Guided by instructors, participants learn to observe woodlice, understand their needs, and set up a terrarium suited to their lifestyle. It's a unique opportunity to grasp their essential role in nature as decomposers while becoming familiar with their natural environment.

At the end of the workshop, each participant takes home their own terrarium, ready to house these little creatures for extended observation at home.

This activity combines discovery of living things, crafting, and raising awareness about biodiversity, providing a rewarding experience for both children and nature enthusiasts. The workshop is available by registration, with an additional fee of €3.
