Tasting Workshop: Senses in Frenzy - Domaine Specht

This workshop invites participants to explore our winery, where large wooden vats, barrels, and stainless steel tanks provide a setting for discussions about the winemaker's craft and the winemaking process.

The experience continues in our cellar for a three-part sensory immersion. First, the sense of smell is challenged by identifying wine aromas. Next, the taste buds are engaged through a tasting of flavored waters, helping to pinpoint the areas detecting the four primary tastes. Finally, the session concludes with a tasting moment featuring three unique food and wine pairings accompanied by artisanal products.
