Brut(es), Natural Wine Fair

This gourmet fair highlights natural wines, presented by winemakers from France, Germany, and Switzerland. These wines embody a philosophical approach aimed at preserving the authentic expression of the terroir.

They are made from organically grown grapes, without herbicides, pesticides, or chemical fertilizers. Harvesting is done by hand, and the winemaking process prioritizes maintaining the wine's living character. Technical interventions that disrupt bacterial life are avoided, as is the addition of chemical products, except for a possible very limited amount of sulfites (20 mg/l for reds, 30 mg/l for whites). A varied food court will be available continuously throughout the weekend, offering tarte flambée, oysters, cheeses, fries, hot dogs, Lebanese cuisine, and vegetarian options.
