Ciné-concert: The Incredible Snow Woman

Sébastien Betbeder, master of comedies that are both tender and offbeat, takes us on an adventure as poetic as it is wild.

The film follows Coline Morel, a fragile-spirited explorer who goes to recharge with her family in the Jura.

But her journey takes an unexpected turn, leading her into a real drift.

In the lead role, Blanche Gardin delivers a remarkable performance, supported by Philippe Katerine and Bastien Bouillon, perfect as brothers who are both caring and worried.

The group 0, made up of four musicians, accompanies the film live with a soundtrack featuring acoustic and contemporary tones.

Dry guitars, wooden percussion, and deep brass envelop this road movie between snowy landscapes and Jura mountains.

Skillfully blending drama and comedy, the film explores themes of freedom, isolation, survival, and finitude, all carried by sensitive direction and cinematography that captures the essence of this existential quest.
