Recital: From tutti to solo #1

This recital marks the inauguration of the new cycle *From tutti to solo*, organized in partnership with La Filature, Scène nationale. After collaborating with the Orchestre National de Mulhouse during the symphonic concerts *The Metamorphosis of Destiny*, pianist Alexeï Volodin extends his presence for a more intimate moment, focused on his art and virtuosity. Accompanied by two musicians from the Orchestra, Leslie Thouret and Mi Zhou, he offers a program centered on musical dialogue and the meeting between an international soloist and local talents.

The recital opens with two major works by Beethoven: Sonata No. 8 "Pathétique," with striking dramatic intensity, followed by Sonata No. 26 "Les Adieux," more intimate and deeply expressive, evoking themes of separation and return.

In the second part, the three musicians perform Beethoven's Trio "The Spirits," famous for its slow movement with mysterious accents, offering a luminous and captivating interpretation.
