Solidarity Exhibition-Sale of Himalayan Crafts
Founded in 1988, the SolHimal association is committed to supporting Tibetan refugees as well as Himalayan populations in Nepal and India.
To fund its activities, it organizes a solidarity exhibition-sale of Himalayan crafts at the Maison Loewenfels, located in Mulhouse near the Sainte-Marie church.
This event offers a wide variety of handcrafted items, all made by Tibetan and Nepalese artisans: Buddhist objects, thangkas, cushions, hand-knotted wool rugs, cashmere scarves, Himalayan teas, jewelry, bags, rice paper items, traditional clothing, and singing bowls. Visitors can also learn about SolHimal's sponsorship initiatives and interact with volunteers or sponsors of the association. By purchasing these creations, you directly support SolHimal's projects, including child sponsorship, sustainable development, and the implementation of durable projects in mountain villages.
