Theater: Facing the Mother

This play, both intimate and universal, immerses the audience in the emotion of a mother-son relationship marked by absence and time.

In Haiti, a mother dies tragically, leaving behind a son who, years later, chooses to speak to her as if she were still there. Through this delayed dialogue, he expresses everything he never dared to tell her, revealing unspoken words, tensions, and moments of grace that punctuated their story.

While the work evokes the Haitian context, it is not limited to it: it speaks above all of unconditional love, family wounds, and the quest for reconciliation.

It also addresses the exile of a family torn between two continents, generational conflicts, and the need to free oneself to accept, as much as possible, the fragility of the world. A moving dive into the depths of the human soul.
