Exhibition: Plants and People

The exhibition "Plants and People" invites you to explore a selection of about twenty plants from the Alsace, Lorraine, and Franche-Comté regions, all certified by the "Valeurs Parc naturel régional" label. Among these plants are well-known species such as mullein, chamomile, blueberry, arnica, and gentian, as well as lesser-known ones like lady's mantle, shepherd's purse, and sweet woodruff.

Through this presentation, the exhibition highlights the traditional virtues attributed to these plants and their ancestral uses in the Vosges Mountains.

It also offers insight into the local producers who cultivate and harvest these resources, detailing their establishment in this preserved territory. Finally, it covers the processing methods used in their workshops, revealing the derived products that result.
