Holtzwihr Sauerkraut Festival

Come celebrate the 55th edition of the Sauerkraut Festival under the traditional tent in Holtzwihr. A friendly and festive experience awaits you, with delicious dishes paired with wines from the Schoenheitz estate (Wihr-au-Val), perfectly complementing the organic sauerkraut from the Frieh farm in Holtzwihr.

On Saturday evening, the atmosphere turns festive with an après-ski party starting at 7:30 PM, hosted by DJ Raph. The mood promises to be warm and relaxed, embodying the spirit of a successful celebration.

On Sunday, tradition and dance take center stage. From 11:30 AM, a full menu is offered for lunch. The afternoon will feature a performance of Alsatian dances by the Heloldo Wilaria group, followed by musical entertainment from Alpen Melodie. On the menu, you can enjoy traditional sauerkraut, fish sauerkraut, or munstiflette, all carefully prepared by caterer Thomas from Colmar.

Dishes are served on-site or available for takeout, by reservation with advance payment only. Menus will also be available on Sunday evening.
