Salon des 40

For thirty years, the Salon des 40 has established itself as a key event for amateur contemporary creation in the Grand Est region.

Held annually at the Forum Jean-Marie Zoellé in Mulhouse, this friendly gathering brings together amateur artists — painters, sculptors, photographers — from France and the bordering regions of Switzerland and Germany.

Under the presidency of a recognized artist, such as Bernard Latuner or Céline Lachkar, the selected participants compete for six awards, given both by a professional jury and the public.

Beyond the prizes, the salon is distinguished by its warm atmosphere and the exchanges it fosters between artists and visitors. Workshops and meetings punctuate this new edition, reinforcing its mission: to make art a living space for dialogue and sharing.
