The Round of the Unique and Authentic Night Watchman

Step back into the atmosphere of old-time vigils by meeting the Night Watchman, dressed in a full historic costume: tricorne, halberd, horn, and lantern in hand. Every evening at 10 PM, from May 1st to October 31st, he walks the cobbled streets reminding passersby of the folk wisdom of yesteryear. "Han sori zu Fir und Liacht" – "Take care of the hearth and the candle" – was his motto, inviting everyone to watch over their home and lighting before going to bed.
