The event opens with an inauguration on Saturday at 4 PM and continues with a producers' market showcasing local products and a friendly atmosphere. On Sunday at noon, a meal is offered on-site, featuring dishes like country pâté with raw vegetables or oven-roasted brined pork loin served with pancakes and peas and carrots.
