Prestige Evening

From 7:00 PM, the estate welcomes you for an evening dedicated to flavors and wines. Set in the heart of the historic wine cellar, the event begins with a presentation of the estate and the evening's program. Starting at 7:30 PM, the service begins with 100% organic food and wine pairings, all produced by the estate itself.

Throughout the evening, you can chat with the team and enjoy cellar sales, all accompanied by music. The carefully crafted menu includes a platter of six oysters per person, a foie gras board served with gourmet breads and chutney, a cheese platter, and Munster macarons made by Pâtisserie Willy of Munster. The dessert is also created by the same pastry shop. Each dish is served with a glass of white or red wine, all certified Organic Agriculture since 2010.
