"In the Shoes of the Winemaker," Unusual Dinner at Domaine Schoenheitz
This year, Domaine Schoenheitz offers you an extraordinary experience with an evening entirely dedicated to the world of wine. Step into the shoes of a winemaker by participating in a blending workshop where you will create your own cuvée, guided step by step by the domain's experts. You will learn how each year, wines are crafted in harmony with the terroirs and the specificities of the current vintage.
The visit continues in the aging cellar, an authentic place where the aperitif is shared in a warm and cozy atmosphere. Then, head to the vinification cellar for a convivial dinner around a large table, designed as a special moment of sharing among guests.
Under soft lighting and delicate musical ambiance, you will taste wines carefully selected for their uniqueness and perfect pairing with the cuisine of chef Olivier Lamard from Restaurant l’Olivier in Munster. This three-course dinner, inspired by autumn flavors and enriched with winemaker touches, celebrates the Alsace terroir. An evening blending expertise, authenticity, and the art of living, all set in an intimate and refined setting.
Please bring a jacket or sweater, as the evening takes place in a cellar. Free parking is available nearby, notably near the bakery, the school, and the church. The meeting point is at the tasting room, where you will need to ring the bell to announce your arrival.
