A Thousand and One Shells

Marie-Antoinette personally raises Gros Gris snails from birth to maturity on a dedicated farm.

These gastropods are raised outdoors in a specially designed, lushly vegetated park. Their diet, consisting of rapeseed, field mustard, clover, and supplementary cereals, gives them tender flesh and a refined taste while ensuring consistent quality. The farm also offers a variety of snail-based recipes for sale in its on-site shop.

Visitors are welcome on Saturday mornings year-round. Visits or purchases during the week are possible by appointment.
