The apartment has two bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower. The all-inclusive rate covers access to the private spa, cleaning, and linens.

The spa, reserved exclusively for guests, offers an exceptional relaxation area: fitness room, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, indoor pool with counter-current swimming, and outdoor Finnish bath, all complemented by a sunny terrace and spectacular views. Spa access, along with bathrobes and slippers, is included in the rental price. Access slots last 1.5 hours per day per guest, must be booked upon arrival, and are disinfected between uses.
