Alchémille Restaurant

Nestled in a green setting, Alchémille embodies the perfect blend of conviviality and culinary excellence. Jérôme Jaegle and his wife have created a warm place where the table, generously filled with local flavors, becomes the stage for inventive cuisine.

The vegetables, plants, and fruits from the restaurant's garden, carefully cultivated, are transformed into flavorful dishes, enhanced by fresh herbs and served on stoneware and earthenware plates specially made for the establishment. The atmosphere of the dining room, both authentic and chic, invites relaxation and sensory pleasure.

The menu offers three evocative options – Layon, Rehbach, Geissabrenala – as well as a summer stroll menu, all designed according to the chef's inspiration and the freshness of the day's products. In fine weather, the flowered and shaded terrace provides an idyllic setting to enjoy an aperitif, the perfect extension of this sensory experience.

Committed to sustainability, Jérôme Jaegle was awarded the Michelin Guide's Green Star in 2020 for his sustainable development efforts. His talent and boldness were also recognized with the "Discovery of the Year 2021" title by the We’re Smart Guide, specializing in plant-based cuisine. In 2023, Alchémille was honored by the World’s Best List as a "new table to explore," and Jérôme Jaegle won the silver medal at the Bocuse d’Or France the same year, confirming his exceptional status in the gastronomic landscape.
