The spacious 70 m² loft charms with its unique atmosphere, where exposed beams meet contemporary elements, creating a rustic yet elegant ambiance. The accommodation can host up to four people with a bedroom featuring a 160 x 200 cm double bed, open to the living area (a curtain can separate the spaces if needed), as well as a sofa bed in the living room with a 140 x 200 cm double mattress. Thermal comfort is ensured by an aerothermal heat pump, which can also cool the space in summer.

The open kitchen is fully equipped: stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and all necessary utensils for meal preparation. The carefully arranged bathroom includes a double sink, shower, toilet, and practical amenities such as a hairdryer, electric towel warmer, washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

The cottage provides basic condiments (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar), essential products (toilet paper, dish soap, cleaning supplies, dishwasher tablets, coffee, herbal teas, garbage bags), and bed linen included. To facilitate travel and outings in the surrounding vineyard landscapes, two adult bicycles are available to guests. Family accessories are also provided: stroller, travel cot, booster seat, potty, toilet reducer, step stool, and bottle warmer.
