André Van Schijndel

Originally from the Netherlands, André van Schijndel fulfilled a dream of over thirty years in 2024 by settling in Munster, Alsace. Today, he fully enjoys his new life amid natural landscapes, encounters, and discoveries offered by this region he chose to call home.

Passionate about mountain hiking and a regular at the municipal swimming pool, André wishes to get involved as a Greeter. Driven by the desire to share his enthusiasm for his adopted city, he offers friendly guided walks to visitors.

These routes, inspired by his favorites and personal experiences, allow discovering Munster from a different perspective, through the eyes of a newcomer. The walks are organized exclusively in German, English, and Dutch.
