Antony Cheese Shop

Bernard Antony, a native of Sundgau, has created a gastronomic world centered around cheese, akin to major tourist sites. Without claiming superiority of his products, their presence on the most prestigious tables attests to their quality.

In his hometown of Vieux-Ferrette, he has set up a tasting cellar where his cheeses, carefully aged, are presented at their ideal maturity. Added to this are wines carefully selected to enhance their aromas, with the help of expert oenologists. The cellar offers a variety of authentic vintages, appreciated for their quality rather than their price, covering sought-after and varied vintages.

For an optimal experience, reservations are recommended, except on Saturdays when the cellar is closed for midday service.
