Artisanal Woodturning of Objects
Roger Moll grew up in his father's wheelwright workshop, where he discovered woodturning at the age of eight.
After earning a metal turner CAP in 1964 and a draftsman CAP in 1965, he has worked since then as a design engineer in an electrotechnical company, incorporating computer-aided design in 1985.
Passionate about wood outside his professional activity, he has made some of his own furniture, including a grandfather clock he is particularly proud of.
His dedication to woodturning led him to own a professional cast iron lathe with a variable speed drive, after years of using a handcrafted lathe.
