Asparagus and Local Traditions Museum

The House of Arts and Heritage "A la Couronne" and the Asparagus and Local Traditions Museum are two cultural spaces dedicated to showcasing local heritage and know-how. Their central theme revolves around asparagus cultivation, which serves as a starting point to explore other topics such as traditional trades and local customs, while also extending to broader areas. These lively and dynamic places cater both to the residents of Hoerdt and its surroundings, as well as tourists attracted by asparagus and its traditions.

The museum follows an eco-tourism approach, promoting local events and the preservation of old buildings with architectural and heritage interest. Located in the former "A La Couronne" restaurant, the building has been renovated while preserving its original volumes, providing an authentic setting to discover the history and customs of the region. It is open to the public on Sundays and public holidays from 2 pm to 5 pm, and on other days by reservation. Admission is free.
