Ideal for refreshing getaways, it is located in an environment perfect for bucolic walks through the surrounding vines.

Inside, the cottage is arranged over two levels. The ground floor includes a bright living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen for preparing your meals independently, a bedroom with a single bed, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom equipped with a shower and a toilet.

The private outdoor space is a real asset: enjoy a garden furnished with outdoor furniture, a barbecue, and a ping-pong table for relaxing moments with family or friends. A terrace allows you to sit outside and enjoy the fine weather. The outdoor pool, shared with the owner, is accessible from June 1st to August 31st, with sun loungers provided. For added convenience, a private laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer is also available.

Secure parking is available in a closed courtyard, and a cleaning fee is mandatory upon booking. Please note that pets are not allowed in this cottage.
