Auberge des Trois Fours

Perched at 1250 meters altitude, Auberge des Trois Fours stands in an exceptional setting in the High Vosges.

Facing the Hohneck and Schaeferthal, it overlooks the Munster valley while offering a breathtaking view of Alsace.

Close to the Schlucht Pass and the La Bresse ski resorts, this place is an ideal crossroads for hikers: it is located on the GR5 and serves as the starting point for the famous Sentier des Roches (GR531) as well as the Frankenthal peat bog.

To get there, simply follow the D417 to the Schlucht Pass, then take the Route des Crêtes for about 1.5 km before taking the access road leading to Trois Fours.

Whether you are passing through for a hike or a longer stay, Auberge des Trois Fours meets your needs: a hearty meal, an overnight stay in a room, or just a snack to regain strength. The menu highlights local specialties, from the marcaire meal with its Munster valley pie to bibalakas, symbols of the high Vosges mountain pastures.
