Auberge Ramstein is a three-star family-run hotel and restaurant located in Scherwiller, in the heart of the Alsace vineyard, between Strasbourg and Colmar. The establishment offers rooms as well as an indoor relaxation area featuring a 135 m² pool and jacuzzi, ensuring comfort and relaxation while providing a breathtaking view of the Rittersberg vineyard and Ortenbourg Castle.

In the kitchen, Chef Lucas, who succeeded his father, creates cuisine that blends tradition and innovation. Dishes are prepared daily using fresh, local products in harmony with the seasons.
