Auberge Saint-Marc
In the heart of a bucolic walk, the former forest house of Gueberschwihr opens its doors in a warm and friendly atmosphere, like a home away from home. Here, you can quench your thirst, enjoy a dessert on the terrace, or savor homemade regional dishes. Local specialties such as tarte flambée, valley pie, munster cheese, and omelettes will delight your taste buds. The menu changes every weekend to offer variety.
Riders are welcome: a meadow and ties are available for their horses. For groups, it is possible to book an evening in a Finnish kota, accommodating 8 to 20 people, with Nordic menus to enjoy. Finally, by reservation for groups of 15 or more, spit-roasted meats (wild boar, pork, or lamb) are offered for convivial meals.
