Aude à la Nature
Aude à la Nature is for those who want to gain daily self-sufficiency, especially by learning to know and use wild plants.
Led by Aude Bernadac, founder of an eco-site in Alsace, this project was selected by ADEME for its commitment to ecotourism. The workshops allow participants to discover plants in the wild, learn to harvest them respectfully to preserve their abundance, and then cook them using simple or more elaborate recipes. The approach also includes anti-waste tips and favors organic and local ingredients. Aude Bernadac also shares her culinary creations based on wild plants in the form of processed products: concentrated syrups, jellies, flavored salts, and pickles.
These workshops and products aim to encourage a responsible and gourmet lifestyle.
