On the first level, the modern kitchen is fully equipped: oven, cooktop, extractor hood, refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and all necessary cooking utensils. It opens onto a living/dining area with a dining corner, a relaxation space with a sofa and TV, and a small desk for work.

Two bathrooms complete this floor, one with a bathtub; each is equipped with a shower, a washbasin cabinet, and a towel warmer.

Upstairs, two spacious bedrooms are furnished with King size beds (180x200) and wardrobes. A shared laundry room, freely accessible, provides a washing machine and dryer.

Although no private parking is associated with the accommodation, free parking spaces are available on nearby streets.
