Barr Town Hall
Built in 1640 in the Renaissance style, this building stands on the remains of an old castle. It consists of three wings, with the main wing distinguished by a scroll pediment topped with three allegorical statues: Justice, Temperance, and Peace.
Inside the courtyard, a graceful double staircase draws the eye.
Over the centuries, the building has served successively as a seigneurial registry, a court, and a courthouse. Today, it houses the town hall services as well as the police station.
