Bear Apiary

The Bear Apiary is a family-run business managed by Didier and his son Michel, who take care of the bees and hives scattered around Dambach-la-Ville. Their second son, Nicolas, handles the sale of products at local markets.

At the sales point, Anne-Marie, the mother, welcomes visitors and customers to introduce them to the various honeys offered: chestnut, acacia, flower, or forest. Tastings allow visitors to enjoy these authentic flavors.

The family also highlights a creamy honey, whose smooth texture has earned it the nickname "the Nutella of the hive" from Anne-Marie.
