Becherkopf Forest Shelter

Perched atop an Alsatian hill, the Baecherkopfhislà, whose name means "little house near the summit shaped like a cup," is considered one of the most popular hiking shelters in the region.

This cozy space allows hikers to rest while enjoying a wood stove, perfect for warming up or preparing a simple meal like an omelette or a stew.

Outside, a barbecue is also available for grill enthusiasts.

About twenty people can shelter inside, providing a friendly resting spot after exertion.
